Sustainable Aviation Papers
A number of papers and briefing notes have been produced by Sustainable Aviation since 2005. They include a paper on climate change facts, SA’s strategy from 2005 and a Manifesto for the 2009 UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen

Progress Reports
Sustainable Aviation has published three Progress Reports, the first at the end of 2006 which covered the eighteen months between then and the launch of SA in mid 2005 and the second Report, published in early 2009, which covered the period 2007 and 2008. The most recent Report, published in March 2011 spans the years 2009 and 2010. The Reports review progress against SA’s goals and commitments and provide a close tracking commentary of the practical cooperative work being undertaken by SA.

Technical Papers
SA also produces technical papers, often the output of the various work streams. These share current thinking, knowledge and best practice amongst SA signatories and the wider industry. Topics of papers published include sustainable alternative fuels, the recycling of aircraft cabin waste and best practice for reducing CO2 emissions from aircraft on the ground at airports
